Hi, I’m Melissa! I’m a travel lover who’s always preferred vacation rentals over traditional hotels. After staying in unique homes around the country, I’ve picked up all the best ideas and thoughtful touches to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for guests at Sunrise Valley. My mission is to make your stay feel special, relaxing, and just like home at the newest Co-Host property nestled in between Eureka and Pacific Missouri. I can’t wait for you to enjoy it.

Check-In is 4 pm, Check-Out is 11 am.

Yes, we have complete bed linens with extra pillows & blankets, as well as bath & kitchen towels for you.

Yes, we have complimentary Starlink High-Speed Internet and a dedicated work space.

We do require a 2 night minimum stay, and a 3 night minimum during Holiday weekends.

For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets at Sunrise Valley, with the exception of certified service animals as required by law.

For our standard cancellation policy, guest receives 100% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. Guest also receives a 100% refund (less credit card fee incurred) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival. Guest receives 50% refund (less credit card fee incurred) if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

Guest has the option to purchase trip insurance to help if you need to cancel outside of the cancellation window.
