Vacation House Collective grew out of my passion for both real estate and hospitality.
As a real estate investor, Realtor specializing in short-term rentals, and vacation rental owner myself, I’ve experienced firsthand what separates an average vacation rental from one that guests can’t stop talking about.
I’ve spent years studying successful STRs, staying in vacation homes across the country, and paying attention to the little details that make guests feel welcomed.
Today, I help owners create those same experiences through professional co-hosting, complete STR setup services, and direct booking vacation homes throughout Missouri.
